International Road Safety Academy Association
The International Road Safety Academy (IRSA) - Association is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation, initiated by the Institute for Traffic Care, which is accredited to the United Nations via the roster ECOSOC consultative status. IRSA is part of the European Road Safety Charter, the initiative of the European Commission that aims to reduce the number of deaths on the European roads by at least 50% by 2010.
